How we use your details
If you sign up for launch updates, this is everything we do with the email address you give us. It is short because we do very little with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the sign-up form:
- Your email address.
- The fact that you ticked the consent box, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time you ticked it.
We do not ask for your name, and there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To email you when Zafyr London launches, and about collections after that. Nothing else. We will not email you about anything you did not sign up for.
Our lawful basis
Your consent, which is why the tick box is there and why it is not pre-ticked. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are submitted to and stored by Netlify, who host this site and process the data on our behalf. Only we can see the submissions. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the launch is called off, we will delete the list rather than keep it sitting there.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you. No questions, no retention offers.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will action it within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
